Dieting is all the rage. Who doesn’t want to be healthier and feel better about themselves? Unfortunately, most people who start diets that involve extreme changes in behavior struggle to maintain the program over an extended period of time. Nutritionists and doctors will almost always tell you that small manageable changes are often to key to a healthier lifestyle. The same thing is true for our faith! We don’t need drastic shifts that we can’t maintain. We need to take small steps that can lead to drastic changes.
