Episode 31 - Heaven and Hell

Today the Beyond Sunday Team is tackling one of the most widely discussed (and misunderstood?) topics with in the Christian faith: Where do we go when we die? A lot of our contemporary views of Heaven and Hell are rooted in the popular culture of the Middle Ages, but what does scripture say about the afterlife? These are issues that are facing the entire world even outside the walls of the church. Are we going to see harps and clouds? Fire and tormentors? If God is all loving, how can hell continue to exist? There is plenty of room for reasonable Christians to disagree and we are going to tackle this challenge head on. The Beyond Sunday Team hopes that this helps you engage in this important conversation in a new way.
