Episode 130 - Who Sinned?: How do we respond to violence committed by Christians?

In the past two weeks two major violent events have capture the nation’s attention. This week the Beyond Sunday Team is wrestling with the challenging question: What responsibility does the Church bear for the sins of its members? Statistically our pews contain people acts of domestic violence, racism, crime, or other violent actions. The words that are preached and taught can be taken out of context, misconstrued, or openly twisted. How can we respond in our faith and in the lives of our brothers and sisters in faith who are in pain and committing these horrible actions? There are no easy answers but we are glad to have you along for the ride.
